We never sell or rent your personal data.

1.5 Retention

We retain your data for the duration of the customer relationship plus 24 months, or longer if required by law (typically 5–7 years for accounting). Anonymised data used for analysis may be retained longer.

1.6 Security

We apply TLS encryption, role-based access, regular penetration testing, and 24/7 monitoring. In the event of a breach posing a risk to you, we will notify you within 72 hours.

1.7 Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing.

2. Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Scope: These terms govern your use of the herbalclinic.us website and services.

2. No Medical Practice: Our service offers wellness support only. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure diseases. Consult a doctor before using our products.

3. Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

4. Ordering Workflow:

   • Complete the online questionnaire.

   • Make payment to HCI.

   • Receive a personalised protocol.

   • Products are then compounded and fulfilled by Beastties s.r.o. or a licensed partner.

5. Custom-Made Goods & Withdrawal: Personalised herbal capsules are made to your specifications and are excluded from the EU 14-day withdrawal right once production begins.

6. Refund Policy: You may cancel for a full refund if analysis has not started. After that, refunds are only granted in case of technical failure.

7. Pricing & Taxes: Prices are shown in EUR or USD, exclusive of taxes. Import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Intellectual Property: All content and protocols are owned or licensed by HCI.

9. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnity: You agree to cover losses HCI incurs due to your breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

    • US Customers: Wyoming law applies. Disputes are resolved through arbitration in Sheridan, WY.

    • EU Customers: Your local consumer laws and courts apply.

12. Changes to Terms: We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice via email or banner on the site. Continued use means acceptance.

The statements and products on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA or EMA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
